Raspberry ketones
The raspberry is the fruit of the raspberry bush (Rubus idaeus L.). Raspberry bushes are perennial shrubs that can reach a height of approximately 2 metres.

The fruit is matte red and downy, and ripens in the summer or autumn. The fruit is consumed as food, either raw or in the form of jams and jellies, in desserts, and so on. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, flavonoids, folic acid, calcium…

Ketones are compounds that are naturally present in raspberries, which provide the characteristic aromas of these red fruits and, when consumed, hey have effects at the level of fat metabolism.

The ketones of red raspberries (Rubus ideaus, L) are compounds that provide the delicious smell of these red fruits. The raspberry extract used in CETOLINE is obtained from choice Rubus ideaus fruits grown in Europe, by means of a special controlled temperature extraction process, without the use of organic solvents, or chemical reagents, to avoid the loss of ketones.

Ketones also increase thermogenic capacity; that is, they enable the metabolism of fats.

OTHER INGREDIENTS

L-Carnitine is synthesized in the liver, kidneys and brain. Among other actions, it regulates the transport of fatty acids through cell membranes to cellular mitochondria, which is where the degradation of these fatty acids takes place to produce energy through beta oxidation. It also helps maintain muscle mass.

Chromium picolinate helps and reinforces the action of L-carnitine, aiding fat metabolism. In addition, chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and the normal metabolism of macronutrients (fats, carbohydrates and proteins).
